From booking to final delivery, here’s everything you need to know. This page walks you through my process, what to expect, and how to prepare so you can show up to your session feeling confident and completely at ease.

My Process
1.Fill out the form
Start by reaching out through my inquiry form. From there, I’ll connect with you to learn more about your vision, answer any questions, and make sure we’re a good fit for your session.
2.PLANNING
Once you're booked, we’ll choose a date and start planning all the details. You’ll receive guidance on wardrobe (if needed), and what to expect so you can feel fully prepared and excited going into your session.
3.PAYMENT
Once you’re ready to move forward, a rdeposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session. The process is simple and clearly guided, so everything feels easy and taken care of.
4.Delivering YOUR photos
After your session, I’ll edit your images and deliver them in an online gallery. You’ll receive sneak peeks with your full gallery ready within the outlined timeframe.
FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! I am based in the Vail Valley, but more than willing and happy to travel. Please submit a form with details & I will be in touch!
What should we wear for our session?
Comfort & confidence over all-else. After those two conditions are met, I encourage you to focus on neutral palettes, easy patterns, and balancing with the person (or people) next to you. Avoid overly matching outfits/patterns, and be intentional with textures. I am here to answer any wardrobe-related questions!
How long does it take to get our photos?
Turnaround time varies from session to session. For a standard family or couples session, anticipate a 1-2 week return. For longer sessions, please expect a longer turnaround. This is subject to change & is only for reference; I always do my best to return images in a timely manner.
Do you offer albums or prints?
This is not a service I offer (yet), but I am happy to recommend companies you can work with to produce prints or albums.
How will I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered in an online gallery via email or text. From there, you can create favorites lists, download, & share the images at your convenience.
What is required to reserve my date?
After we schedule a date & time, you will receive a contract for signature and an invoice. A deposit is collected up front to secure your date on my calendar and the contract will outline our agreement. Easy & straightforward!
